Thumbs up Vaping in the Navy!
I'm currently stationed in Florida on the USS Philippine Sea. I vape all the time at work, on the smoke deck or in my spaces. At first I started on the smoke deck to "break it in" to everyone. Now I just blatantly smoke it on the ship in the bearthing or in my work spaces. Now... I'm not about to vape while walking down the passageways, that's just asking for trouble, but I am quick to explain whenever someone asks what I'm doing. I don't really get any negative feedback about it either. Everyone is genuinely interested. I even ask for extra business cards from where I order (Electronicstix & Johnson Creek Smoke Juice) so I can pass them around.

You could probably get a lot of the guys together, and make a mass order for supplies.
