Looks like you're right again Sun. It's a no win situation, and the whole thing is still a toss-up. I'm still stocking attys. I've built a good supply of box mods, and PT's, so I don't have to worry about them later. I'm hoping I can latch on to one more big order when the Tax check comes back.

Lucky you, getting a tax refund. We keep having more and more taken out, and still end up having to pay. Mad!
We itemize of course, but it seems every year when we think we are having enough withheld, they do something to change that. This year Obamma changed it so that we have less taken out,
(so called stimulus) but didn't adequately warn people that this was not a given, and would have to be all paid back at the end of the year.

If it gets to the point where the FDA can't eliminate the e-cig, I think their next step will be to try to make them difficult to get. Even if they loose the appeal, I don't see them giving up. And we still have the other anti's to deal with.

I'm predicting that eventually, we'll be blended into the common tobacco and smoking classifications, and have to abide by the same rules and laws. Besides feeling better, and possibly more healthy, the only plus I see is we can go undetected in certain situations.

I have never counted all my atomizers, probably around the same amount you have Sun. Unfortunately thay are not all new/unused.

I know I can make my own homemade atomizers or rebuild the atomizers I already have, and of course battery mods are a given.

I can make my own juice as well, though I am currently doing Nicquid again, I have found I have no real problem bouncing back and forth to no-nic. I have tested myself for several days at a time this way. This self testing has lead me to believe, at least in my case, nicotine in of itself is not nearly as addicting as smoking analogs is. Not sure what or why I feel this way. Perhaps if I tried to go cold turkey off of e-cigs without doing any no-nic juice. I would have a different perspective. But I am not willing to give up my e-cigs.

Doing no-nic e-cigs is the way I first started as I was already trying to quit analogs.

Just found this interesting article. At first this seems to contradict what we have been hearing about Suppliers still getting shipments confiscated.

I wish I could find that list of seizures and confiscations done by U.S. customs again, as this would verify or deny these claims of seizures made by these Suppliers.
As we all know that such claims of siezures also causes a big bump in sales, that otherwise might not happen until a customer actually needs to make a purchase. Not saying these supplier claims are false, but without factual documentation we must simply take their word for it.
I for one would like to see such seizure documents. Though I don't doubt it is happening.

Today there were no filings on the Docket Sheet but the FDA will be filing their Notice of Appeal soon enough.

On another note I would like to take the time to report that, although these Suppliers wish to remain silent, they have asked me to tell you that 6 of them had seized shipments over the course of the last week.

There was no movement on the Docket Sheet today as we wait for a Notice of Appeal to be filed by the FDA.

Meanwhile SE and NJOY are enjoying the benifits Judge Leon afforded them to have no futher issues with Customs while the Preliminary Injuntion is in force.

Today there was to filings reflected on the Docket Sheet. Appears to still be time for Suppliers to intervene into the case. I hope some make the attempt.
