I wonder is this means that all the seized shipments have to be released.

Jim--yes, that is what it means during the pendency of this case, the FDA has no jurisdiction to embargo any e-cig product. Let's hope it stands on appeal.

The way our system works, at the very least, this has bought us a whole lot of time, as from what I reckon, appeals can take years in some cases.

SE aside, we all know that a lot of other suppliers lost out in that seizure. It would be nice to see them recover a good portion of their shipments.

The way appeals go in this country, I'll probably be pushing up Daiseys befor it's settled. (By then, I won't care either way)

Don't speak for me Sun. I already told Pay Pal I was through with them because of their policy. I also told them that if eicigs won over, don't come back trying to be all warm & fuzzy with me. They abandoned me. I don't want them back.

Jim--I hear your frustration. What I am trying to do is get e-cigs accepted again both socially and in business. I am going after Amazon, Pay Pal, E-Bay, and DHL. The repore needs to be mended with these companies.

amen on the paypal front but im going to now DEMAND that they release my money to me.. THose buttheads have a bunch of my money held up and woouldnt release it for some frackin reason.. but score with Judge leon. I guess all those letters etc got him thinkin
