Again, no movement on the Docket Sheet. A long waiting game for sure.

Well again no movement today, but there was a decision about interperting the new Tobacco legislation that was released yesterday by Judge McKinley's here http://www.tobaccofreekids.org/press...n_01052010.pdf

The decison we are waiting for by Judge Leon will come.

Although no movement on the Docket Sheet, watch closely as Judge Leon's ruling is coming soon.

Again, Judge Leon releases no rulings today on the Docket Sheet. There are many types of motions where waiting like this in not uncommon--but not a Motion of a TRO merged into a Motion for a Preliminary Injunction.

Well coming on 5 months after the last hearing and 3 months after the last filing, we still have no ruling as is reflected in the Docket Sheet today. So we await again.

Again we have no movement from Judge Leon on his ruling today.

California moved today though, filing suit against SE for an injuction from selling and marketing until such time as the e-cig is deemed safe.


Makes me wonder with AG's like California on the move with litigation, why Judge Leon fails to see the need to issue his ruling:

I guess they didn't agree with Gov. Arnold, for vetoing the last attempt to ban.

Royal, ---when you look at that veto, the Governor specifically stated that he was deferring to the Court litigation currently going on in this thread. This is not looking good as Judge Leon knows this is occuring but does not see fit to act.
