Looks like you're getting a pretty good start. Quitting isn't all physical. It's also a mind game. You have to put your mind to giving up the ciggies totally. Give it a try. When you get the urge to light up, use the EGO instead. Over time, it will get easier, and before you know it, you'll hate the taste & smell of tobacco burning.
Look into some flavored juice, and decide on something you'll like. I prefer menthol. I also add a bit of Jim Beam Bourbon in my juice. It gives it a smooth Bourbon flavor that's really enjoyable.
Got the urge to light up? Grab that EGO, sit in your favorite chair, relax, and puff away.
I went from 2 1/2 packs a day (over 40 years) to nothing in less than a week. Been on the e-cig for going on 3 years now. I could quit the e-cig, but I enjoy it too much.
