I order like 40 of them at a time to get free shipping.
I am getting around 5 days use out of one before I toss it and grab another. I think my cost on these has been running around $1.60 a piece. So for about 32 or so cents a day, I don't have to fuss with cleaning and trying to get more mileage out of an $8 plus atomizer. Another plus factor is, no wasted frustrations on breaking one in.
The ones I get have a rubber end cap which comes off easily. I fill mine with a syringe, which only takes a few seconds. If I overfill one, I just blow out the excess onto a napkin, wipe the threads dry, screw it on and go. Of course you can just fill it by dripping in to it, but it takes a few minutes as you then have to wait for each drop to soak in. Still, it is not a bad trade off for the convenience of not having to constantly top off.
For you Jim, Cartomizers would be a good recomendation. Just fill up a few of them, throw them in your pocket and switch them out when needed, you can then always just refill them at your convenience.
This old dog (me) may be stubborn in his ways, but he can still be taught new tricks.
