I have been a Joye 510 user since they first came out. But a few months ago, curiosity got the best of me and I decided to try some of those boge 510 cartomizers. The standard resistance 510 cartos seemed too wimpy for my taste, but I love the low resistance 2ohm cartomizers. They hit as well as the real deal, but actually seems to put out a slightly more enhanced flavor. I do not have to constantly refill them as I always did with 510 atties, and the cost effectiveness is another plus. Something I now would recommend to anyone. For just a couple of bucks they are worth a try. Just keep in mind that the low resistance cartos/atty's are not meant to be used on the standard OEM eCig batteries. They should be fine on any battery that is rated at 400mah or higher.

So ,I have resisted low resistance because I am not a fan of high voltage .How do they compare? If they were more like 4 volts than 5 I could see me using them.

Darn it Royal,
Just when I think I'm happy with what I have, you come along and scare me with the truth. Now I'm thinking of giving the carto's a shot. It would be nice not to have to refill so often. Especially while driving.

Check page 7 in the Troubleshooting and Information Guide in the library at The ESF Troubleshooting & Info Guide

There are instructions for filling the cartridges. Click the link above, then click the link at the bottom of the message that says Troubleshooting Guide, Version 8. When the pdf window comes up you candownload the file or just open it to read.

I order like 40 of them at a time to get free shipping.
I am getting around 5 days use out of one before I toss it and grab another. I think my cost on these has been running around $1.60 a piece. So for about 32 or so cents a day, I don't have to fuss with cleaning and trying to get more mileage out of an $8 plus atomizer. Another plus factor is, no wasted frustrations on breaking one in.
The ones I get have a rubber end cap which comes off easily. I fill mine with a syringe, which only takes a few seconds. If I overfill one, I just blow out the excess onto a napkin, wipe the threads dry, screw it on and go. Of course you can just fill it by dripping in to it, but it takes a few minutes as you then have to wait for each drop to soak in. Still, it is not a bad trade off for the convenience of not having to constantly top off.

For you Jim, Cartomizers would be a good recomendation. Just fill up a few of them, throw them in your pocket and switch them out when needed, you can then always just refill them at your convenience.

This old dog (me) may be stubborn in his ways, but he can still be taught new tricks.

That sounds pretty good. I'm just interested in more time between fill-ups. As far as life goes, the 510 atty I'm using now is over a year old and still going strong.

Rug from what I gather at the beginning of this thread you have a 510 three peice.Being a cart an atty and a battery. To refill you drip into the poly filler in the cart.It is fairly obviouse .For direct dripping you drip into the atty onto the metal mesh bridge.Condensation forms in the cart tip and this might be what you are getting.Just blow through it and excess condensation should come out of the crescent shaped opening .If you try to drip through the opening you draw vapor from the liquid will just end up where the condensation forms with a little more dramatic effect.
