I've been looking for a way to join one of the social groups here on the board, but so far have come up empty. Do I need to be invited, or just be a higher level than I currently am? Or, is there some easy little shortcut that I am just not seeing??

I don't like sitting over here in the corner vaping all by myself...

i am sure royal is on it but there is two options one is the chat room at the bottom the other is simply jump in on any existing conversation or start your own.

Chat room? Huh? Something else to investigate... I was referring to the group "The Mens Room." I want to become a member, but see no way of making that happen...

Ironhorse,
I sent you an invite to the Men's room social group. These groups have not been very active, but maybe you can fire it up with some activity and get others to start participating as well.

The chat rooms have been turned off for public use, because it was not being used by members and only ate up bandwidth. These things are bandwidth hogs, and use bandwidth even when no one is in it, constantly refreshing and reloading. Not sure I will ever turn it back on, as this is a forum and not a chat room site, The general discussions forum can be used by all for this purpose, and to make small talk if you will.

It's been my experience on other forums that chat rooms usually have a couple of regulars, and everyone else stays away, while the regulars gripe that nobody ever comes there.

Errr... I'm talking about the online mens room - Now you could TRY using your computer as a "mens room," but it might turn out to be a shocking experience, and even if it didn't I doubt we'd be seeing you for awhile - computers and liquids don't mix well
