1 atty cover
1 fast usb wall charger (420 mA)
1 usb wall charger
1 carring pouch

now my question is what else should I get? From doing a lot of reading. I think I need a few more attys. I think im going to order some 18 and 24 ml to find out which I like best. Again thanks for all the help.

Maybe he can give you some pointers on it.
I would stock up on some extra atomizers.
I think they are making some LR (low resistance) 1.5 ohm 510 attys for the E-go. Not sure why such low resistance is needed, a typical Joye 510 is already low resistance (2.3 ohms) when compared to others.
I have heard, but cannot confirm that the E-go battery only puts out 3.1 volts when under load, which is about the same one can expect form a standard E-cig battery. Maybe this is why a LR atty is offered.

IMO you are off to vaping heaven with the eGo. It has a good battery life, anywhere from 6-8 hrs per charge depending on the vaper.
As Royal mentioned I would get more atomisers, at least 5 more.
WRT low resistance on the eGo I would shy away from that. Although the battery is rated well above what is recommended (440 mAh) for an LR atty, the eGo batt is a proprietary batt and hence quite costly to replace $30 in Canada. So although I have tried the LR on the eGo, I usually reserve that function to my box mod. Many have used and are using the eGo with the LR, they are also noticing a rather drastic drop in battery performance. Current overdrawing on a battery = shorter battery life.
Yes the eGo like all other JoyE batts puts out 3.1V. But is puts it out constant and vapes do not seem to trail off like some batteries.
That being said, the eGo may only put out 3.1V but it gives you better than a normal 3.7V experience via voltage pulse modulation. The cone is not purely aesthetical, it serves a specific function is that it warms incoming air to the atomiser.
The eGo PCB has been reversed engineerd and can be seen here. It is an extremely long read, but fun nonetheless.

The eGo is affectionally known as the 510 on steroids, you will be pleased.
