Quitting Smoking. Just thinking about it, or have already put them down. Sometimes it helps to talk to others who are, or have gone through the same thing.

Thumbs up I'm doing it right now

I bought my e-cig (NJOY Npro - RN 4081) with the idea that I wanted to quit smoking. For the first 3-4 days I owned it, I allowed myself an analog when ever I wanted one, until I got down to my last full pack of analogs, then switched over to the e-cigarette only.

I'm about 5 days in now, and I can honestly say that this is hands down the easiest time I have ever had, quitting smoking. I love the e-cig, and the ability to have as much or as little nicotine as I want (unlike the patch.)

Yesterday I tried a single drag off an analog, and thought I was going to die - *cough, gag, sputter* YUCK!!! I'm sticking with my e-cigarette!

doing great there my slybrotha as soon as you fell you can handle it step down the nic levels also what i found helped was to still use it like it was an analog. simply because you can vape and where does that mean you should. vape near or where you used to smoke and only when you need it. carefully not to pacifier vape. and get to know the side effects of nic overdose and play it safe Vaping does allow for easier overdosing

Congrats!!!!!! Just keep it up.

I started e-cigs with the thought of quitting, but after almost 2 years of vaping, I found I enjoy it. I probably won't quit vaping anywhere soon.

Thank you everyone! I'm still going strong on not smoking, thanks to the e-cigarette. I'm already calling myself a former smoker. I'm a vape-er, now!

Still have no desire for an analog, thanks to the e-cigarette. After seeing my success in quitting (I'm the one you never thought you'd see quit!) my wife has asked me to pick her up an e-cigarette of her own. We're now a 2 RN-4081 family

Quitting smoking was a HUGE step for me! Those who know me best would probably have said "They're going to bury that guy with a pack of Marlboro's in his pocket." So... I am absolutely thrilled to be where I'm at even right now.

But yes, it is my long range plan to go nic free. I've already made the biggest step - I will keep baby stepping 'til I get where I wanna be

Just keep up with the supplies so you don't have to buy ciggies. I probably could have quit a long time ago, but I enjoy the vaping.
