The dart cases work excellent. The dart pockets are the same size as a standard e-cig battery, and the small pouches carry spare carts, attys, & juice.
The case I have also fits nicely in my shirt pocket.

Mine has been a plastic grocery bag.
I have got to get more organized and need something to carry for when I am on the go. But no man purses for me.
Wish I could find a Buck Rogers lunch box.
I carry my Protege in an eyeglasses case from the dollar store. Glue in some rubber from Michael's Crafts, and cut with a razor knife. Mine holds my Protege, extra cart, extra atty, extra battery, and a 5ml bottle of juice.

I have not had a need to carry a spare atty unless I am doing two flavors,I have a flip top plastic ciggerette case I use to put my rollies in that hold six batteries and a 15 ml plastic bottle of liquid, and whatever atty is on a battery in shirt pocket for easy access.
In my case, I'm never home, so I can't run to my stash whenever I need something. I carry 4 batteries & charger for the Protege, my passthrough with 110v & 12v adapters, 2 spare 510 attys, 2 spare 4081 attys, a standard 4081 starter kit with charger, and two 30ml bottles of juice.
