Default Nice 12v to USB Adapter
I found these at Wallgreens, near the check-out counter for $5.00 each. Really small and outputs 1 amp. I bought 2. One is perminately in the car, and the other is in my travel case. These little guys take up half the room as my old ones did.

Nice, most of the ones you find like that are 500 mA

more pricey but radio shack has a enercell multi tip adapter. does 4,5 ,6 and higher but it works fine for me up to 3amps

Since I switched to 14500 box mods I don't use passthroughs anymore,except I sometimes try to get a few more days from a carboned up atty at 4 or 5 volts.

In my case, I may have to drive 4 to 8 hours, and the passthrough is great. I keep a passthrough & bottle of juice in the car all the time.
