Hey, I'm new to the site so I want to start by saying hello... and I hope I'm putting this in the right section, because I have a question... I usually smoke south beach smoke, and I really liked the flavor and battery life, but recently I've had some trouble with the carts having consistant strength and flavor, then both batteries went dead. Now, the cust service is excellent, but it takes almost 2 weeks for them to ship me anything. They are in florida and i'm in ky. so it should not take that long. Anyway, in my quest to look for different brands I paid the 14.95 to try the smoke assist, while their new version has improved leaps and bounds, it still lacks in the amount of vapor it produces. So, my question is, does anyone know if any other carts. are interchangeable with the new 2 piece battery from smoke assist ? and, has anyone tried green smoke ? because that's what I plan on purchasing next. Thanks...

@SuperStallion These sorts of e-cig suppliers sell branded e-cigs to keep users from knowing the true make and model of their products. You would be much better off ordering from a reputable supplier that does not hide the identity of their product with their own branded name. They pay the manufacturer to print them with their Brand, in doing so, this keeps customers coming back to them and only them for supplies and replacements. I would suggest ordering from suppliers such as vaporkings.com. They will ship same day providing your order is placed in time to get it out. They have great prices and customer service, and with them, you always know exactly what you are getting.

As far as vapor production goes, this more than likely has to do with the e-liquid, than it does the device. You can add some VG to your mix to produce thicker clouds of vapor.

Also, I would suggest ordering e-liquid and refilling your carts rather than buying prefilled.

In reference to two piece e-cigs, these are typically known as cartomizers. The most popular and well known of these types are the KR 808 series made by Kanger.

The Smoke Assist might be a Joye 510 type and the South Beach appears to be a KR808 type.You should just get an Ego and yo will be much happier and parts are easier to find.

Ok, thanks guys... I will def check that out. I was always concerned with not knowing how much liquid to use when refilling, but it sure makes more sense to do that, than rely on these companies.

Mcquinn is probably right about the smoke assist being a 510 type. It appears to be a cartomizer though, which means its not a Joye. Boge 510 cartomizers work well though. As for refilling, be especially careful not to overfill when using auto switched batteries. If you do happen to add to much, you can always blow through it and in to a tissue or paper towel to remove any excess before you place it on your battery.
