510 Cartomisers

So it looks like the cartomiser thing is going to take off.They now make them to fit 510 power gear and so far they are getting good reviews.Suposed to be longer lasting than the 808's but trickier to refill.I was looking at them at LiquidXpress but I am sure they are available elswhere.

I doubt if I would ever buy any but I thought I would mention it for those who would.I don't really see the point if you are going to refill them might as well get a three piece which is easier to refill.But I could be missing the boat ,who knows.I am however glad to see that someone is trying new things.From what I can tell they should work similar to the Joye 306.

LeCig has had the soft ones for a while. These are basically small cartomizers similar to the KR's with less capacity. They have a spongy cover on them.

Litecig also has them, I just ordered a 5 pack to try out.

I've only used the RN 4081 cartomizers. The advantages are:
- they hold more juice, about 3 times.
- gasket inside cartomizer reduces chance of liquid on the lips
- built-in atomizer
Disadvantages:
- more involved to refill

You can also get an adapter if you have a 510 or 901 and want to try a RN 4081 cartomizer.

Yes, they do work very well and yes trickier to refill. I think they're here to stay along with LR atties and high drain batts, amazing how we are evolving in the electric cig field in spite of all the legal troubles and threatening bans by states.

Yeah ,I would be scared to death to invest much in the light of all that is happening.I guess that is why I still have to get up every morningand go to work.I appreciate all you supplier types out there who are putting it on the line for us.

Where can one find the 3 piece cartomiser

Three piece would be the standard e-cigg as in Joye 510 ,DSE 901 etc. The advantage being you can direct drip with out carts or the carts are easier to refill/.top off.If you have the KR808 model of two piece you can use the DSE 901 attomiser and carts on the batteries you have .Which gives you some options with out a very big outlay in cash.
