I think you should forgo the 'entertaining' aspect. Quit looking at yourself in the monitor, look at the camera so you are making eye contact with your viewers. And do edit and do take a few minutes to prepare. I would also avoid 'big words'.
Understanding and supplying some technical details is a good thing. Many reviewers don't have a clue, The same can be said of suppliers who either don't understand their product or are simply lying to drive sales.
