One Year on E-cigs

Wow. Time flies when you're having fun. It's my one year anniversary with the e-cig. This is the anniversary of receiving my shiny new Njoy Npro, and 5 bottles of Johnson Creek 24mg Vanilla e-juice. Reflecting back, I think of what I've used since that day.

I had a lot of E-Health cigs that I gave away and traded for juice, so I don't count them.

I also bought a 901 and Janty Kiss Box that I gave to my Brother in law. He's still using them with the same attys.

In one year, Ive gone through;

1. 5 - RN4081 Atomizers. (Some were destroyed out of stupidity, and couriosity.) I still have 50 back-ups.

2. 1 - 510 Atomizer. (Still have 20 back-ups.)

3. 4 - 4081 Batteries. (I have 4 - 103 batteries still holding a charge.)

4. 1 - 510 Battery. (3 - Good ones left.)

5. About 30 carts. (Still have about 30 unused Npro factory carts, and 10 used ones restuffed with Fluval.) Threw away about 10 worn out carts.

6. 1 - Analog (Had to try one, and it tasted like crap.)

The rest of my stash is still good. Mod devices, PT's, batteries, attys, etc. Including E-Juice, I've used few hundred bucks worth in the past year, compaired to the Thousands it would have cost me on analogs. And I have enough stock for a couple of years to come. Besides the benifits, E-cigs are definately cheaper.

I think I'll keep mine.

Congratulations Jim and Val! Today makes three months for me as well! I would like to thank you Jim. I was the first person I knew who started using e-cigs and when I was looking for help online you were the first person to respond to my questions and have always been very helpful. Three months in and I have converted a good friend/co-worker, my father-in-law and a few clients/acquaintances. I usually link some of your troubleshooting guides and Don's "Everything you ever wanted to know" to newbies and everybody is usually very thankful to get good information. One reason that I have been successful is the wonderful people in the vaping community.

That's what we're all here for. To help each other. As soon as I can swing a few days off with nothing to do, we'll have to get together for coffee. There's a few more Houston members too. Would be nice to see a few folks and shoot the bull for a while.

congrats jim and you were also the first person to asnwer my questions too. I am moving on to a 510 in the next day or so when it gets here nad i will see how i like that vs the npro. already got the passthru for it too

Hey Stl,
I think you will find there are some differences from one e-cig to the next.
Some of these are obvious - cart size, battery size etc, but on the other end, some may have a more pronouced taste, wet with flavor like a penstyle, while others like the 510 produces a more subtle flavor that emmits a dryer taste.

So the key here is to find the right combination of e-cigs and e-juice that works for you, and without going broke in the process.

well i have been doing research on it in the forums and i think that the one i bought just might be what im looking for i will always have the backup npros if i hate the new one and i like the ones i have now just wanted something different and new lol
