From what I understand about JC, all of it is done right here in the U.S. I believe they have a lab that does the nic for them here, who knows they may have expanded to have thier own chemists now doing it in house.
JC does not drop ship. JC claims they only make the nicquid when ordered. So as I understand it, if they get in a 100 orders, they make the juice for the 100 orders only. They say they now have increased their staff called "Juice Masters" and are working 7 days a week in order to get thier juice out faster. It used to take about 8 days from the time I placed an order with JC until it shipped. Last time I ordered was around 4:00PM one day and my order shipped the next, so it looks like they are staying true to their word.

I ordered some from JC on the 4th and got it on the 7th.They have a cool deal on three bottles you get a discount.They also gave me a sample of nic free original flavor I thought that was cool and a dropper top and plastic travel bottle for each bottle of juice.Awesome Vapor gives a sample with each bottle you buy so can you can try other flavors without wasting your money on something you may or may not like.

I ride a motorcycle when the weather is nice and find ecigg's to fit in well with that.No trying to get in neutral dig out ciggerette ,lighter get it lit and put lighter away during stoplight.Just keep it in shirt pocket and puff away as needed.

While riding, are you using it with a manual battery?

The only manual battery I tried was the DSE and they were junk.For batteries I use the DSE 801 automatics,I was going to use the Janty batteries but never could find a charger in stock, I don't even bother going there any more.I am not sure if I will get some batteries for the Joye 510 attomizers I am planning on getting or just using the passthrough,I hate the thought of more chargers and batteries.

The site I get my 801 to 510 or 901 battery adapters from has 801 manual batteries now with a better button I might try some next time I buy batteries.I still have the charger adapter from the first one I tried.
