I had a bunch of posts on Facebook ,it appears the FDA is going to regulate vaping as a tobacco product .Now vendors will have to get terbacky liscenses and most likely start charging us backy taxes.If it get very expensive I beleive I could quit vaping at the place I am at now.

Well, here is the kicker, those that are happy about this are forgetting about the PACT act, which bans the sale of tobacco products over the internet. Cigars and Pipe tobacco is excluded from the PACT act, which makes me wonder if those who pushed this bill through smoke cigars and pipes.
Regardless, as I said before, amending the law to include electronic cigarettes will be easily done. And then wherever you can manage to find a brick and mortar store that sells e-cig supplies, expect to be paying 5 to 6 dollars per prefilled cartridge. Because isn't this what so many of the shady suppliers have been so wrongly saying? "One cartridge equals about one pack of cigarettes."

I suspect this is an ice breaker for federal sales tax on internet sales.So I am not sure they will stop internet sales.

Don't forget that flavored cigaretts are illegal (probably so you can't target kids).

So forget about price, stock up on juice now if you don't want to make DIY.
