Default Grainy Throat Issues?

Hello all; I've been vaping about 2 months now and love it - put down analogs day one and haven't looked back. However I'm noticing recently that I get this annoying feeling in the very back of my throat (not sure of my anatomical correctness here but it's probably right at the juncture of the throat and the trachea - where air and food shall part, so to speak) that feels either like grains of sand or sometimes like tiny hairs or fibers being stuck there. If I clear my throat it goes away but comes back fairly frequently, whether vaping or not, and particularly when I'm not consuming liquids (however it doesn't feel at all like a typical "dry throat.") It's weird, and I'm a bit concerned because I've convinced myself that vaping is far better for me healthwise than smoking analogs.

Anyone else have this experience?

Thanks,

You hasta drink lotsa water or you will get that and a few other effects.Overall eciggs have to be way better than inhaling burning leaves and the chemical brew they are steeped in.I get that from cartomisers I try to keep going too long.If you ever disassemble a cartomiser after two or three days you will see where the filler is charred and not in contact with the element any longer causing you to have to hold the button down longer to get a decent vape.It also gets it too hot causing more charring and possibly the itchy throat. The filler in carts does a similar thing after a while it melts and gets a crust on it which seems to impede the flow of liquid to the element causing you to have to hold the button down longer ,time to clean and turn filler over or replace it with a new cart or some Fluval or Blue Foam.

Thanks McQuinn. I'm off to the Petco tomorrow to get some fluval. Just started using low res atty's too and I don't need to pull so long or hard on em so hopefully that will help.

Yup - mcquinn's right. We all get dry throat from vaping. Plenty of liquids is the answer.

PG and VG are humectants, they will dry your air ways out. Like mcquinn said, drink lots of fluids. Sodas work best for me.
