Vaporbomb Bad experiance !!!!!
As you may or may not know..I recently found I'm VERY allergic to PG.

Recently I made a fairly decent sized ejuice purchase from vaporbomb
I ordered all vg juice..
So I decided to email them and explained I had some allergies and wanted to find out about the juice I had purchased.
The first response was basically that different juice had different pg vg and alcohol depending on the juice.

I emailed them back with my order I had placed..and asked them please if they could look at it and let me know
which of the juices had PG in it.

The next reply they basically told me 90% of all flavorings contain PG, as well as the majority of things that can be found in a
household bathroom.

I wrote back saying that was a bit odd of a reply to a rather simple question,and Im aware PG is in household items
but I did not ask about those.
and asked again please can you tell me about the juice I ordered.

no reply,so I wrote back again

I still would like an answer to my original question..
I do seriously need to know..Im not trying to bother you with my question
I simply need to know if the ejuice I ordered all has PG in it please.

Flavoring manufactures are not required and do not disclose that information.
I would assume that all of the e-liquids have pg in them.

...I did not ask for his recipe.nor a refund.simply if it had PG
At this point I emailed many vendors about thier ejuice..and they have been great with responding
even directing me to what products and such.

I find the response of vaporbomb to be a bit shocking really
I had a simple question that affects my health.
I do believe the Context of their email I received basically told me to piss off!

Not a happy viking .

wow had i had this type of response i would refuse the package and the payment.

When the e-cig got popular, folks jumped on the band wagon to make money being suppliers. I've run into many who didn't have the business experience to be totally successiful. Most of these early suppliers were working out of their basements and garages. (I thought about it myself, but don't have the time.)

The products sell themselves. Service sells the supplier.

Some suppliers just wan't to rake in the bucks, and have no idea how to treat customers. You probably just found one.

Based on your report, Vaporbomb would rate low on Customer Service.

Not a very tactful way to handle a customer inquiry,but.It is near impossible for a person who imports liquid to know what is in it exaclty.They have a list of ingrediants that may be in them and it is a generic list that applies to all the liquids that the manufaturer makes.If they were to list specific amounts of ingrediants and percentages then anyone could duplicate thier product.I am not sure that domestic blenders can even know what is in the flavorings they use for the same reasons.

I do computer repair..and If I ever spoke to any of my customers like that Id be out a business!

You know I got thinking last night.Im a bit angry.
sadly nothing really I can do except to inform others.

On a much more serious note..being as it is a health issue for some.
this is just the type thing the FDA looks for,like the bad dog syndrome..know what I mean
I really did not think my inquiry to ask about the juice was such an issue
when I got the reply from vaporbomb I just stared at it in disbelief really.
They already had my money, as I'm new to all of this..it would never occured to me that something I ordered 100% vg came with Pg.
I'm glad I found this forum..and found how to make my own juice as now I know exactly what is in it!
But I still would like to inform myself as much as I can for people that do have PG allergies or sensitivities as me.
But I will be sure to share my experiance with anyone.being a geeky techie..I have many places to do this.
My english may not be well crafted and graceful But I will make the point I need .

Bad business is bad business !

this was after I made the purchase..at the time I had no idea I had allergies with the PG..I had a little emergency room visit because my throat closed up,It wasn't til then I even had an idea.

from thier site...just to clarify

All our e liquid is made fresh here in the USA. Every bottle is made by hand when it is ordered, there are no batches or pre-made e liquids at VaporBomb.com

so they must have some idea whats in it,even I know Loranns has PG in it and Iv'e never used it.
just saying..have no idea if they even use that
