I see mostly just Pharmacy techs these days filling prescriptions. If you want to speak to the actual pharmacist you have to ask for him or her. I think nowadays all the pharmicist does is looks to make sure the techs filled it right.
The trust lies more in the Doctors, who I lost trust in a long time ago.
Seems that Big Pharma has most of the Docs in their pockets, offering them all kinds of incentives and perks to prescibe their products.
What ever happened to good ole common sense? Nowadays if you go to the doctor because you have a cold, he hands you a fist full of prescriptions for say, antihistamines, expectorants etc.
I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but I have to ask, why not just tell the patient to go home, get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids and orange juice, and take vitamin C? It seems it is all about the Benjamins.
