Intense cravings for tobacco cigs?

It seems that in the evening and night I get really intense cravings for analogs. How do you keep yourself from slipping? If I smoke analoges long enough I get terrible migraines, but that hasn't stopped me in the past. Any suggestions? Thank you

I just went with a lower nicotine liquid and vaped constantly.Sounds kind of backward but if I got too much nic I couldn't sleep.I had a pass through at work and at home and used batteries to get me from one to the other.

Been craving tobacco flavors but not cigarettes.

After a year I still have not found what I would call a tobacco flavor.I have found some good flavors and some are called tobacco or something resembling a brand of cigg.I seem to prefer the stronger RY4 type.

Well tobacco is a complex plant and cigarettes have various natural amendments also, chocolate and sugar are just two. It's not just a nicotine thing.

I enjoy a cup coffee, a caffeine pill wouldn't cut it. I enjoy fine scotch, Everclear won't cut it.

You could try a little SNUS at night.

The route I've taken was to get away from anything that tasted like tobacco. I had cravings at first, but they went away.

After a couple weeks on the e-cig, tobacco smelled bad to me. I simply kept away from anything that reminded me of it.

I never got the urge to try different flavors. I found that I liked the menthol, and I've been with it for over a year now.

I find the smell of burning tobacco to be very inviting still ,but the smell of stale smoke is nauseating.

Jim- what menthol have you found to be appealing? tried some the other day that tasted like some nasty chemical!

cicely- I'm right there with you! New and still searching for that "one", that really seems to back off the urge. Keep finding myself non-stop vaping, I'm still at a point that I allow myself a few analogs, but am finding them increasingly nasty tasting!

I think he makes his own ,I got some Bubble Gum from ElectroNicStix that is very good ,tastes like mint chewing gum,leaves a pleasant minty taste in my mouth.I expected it to taste like pink bubble gum but was pleasantly surprised.

I buy the menthol crystals. I have some glass 20ml bottles. 1/2 bottle of crystals, and mix with Jim Beam Bourbon. Nuke it for about 5 to 8 seconds, shake it up and dump it in a 500ml bottle of unflavored nic juice.

The menthol is a bit strong, but it helps the throat hit. The Bourbon gives it a nice flavor. I cut my nic juice to about 18mg.

4081 attys @ 5v on my passthrough and 510 attys @ 3.7v with my Protege, DSE905 & box mods. It's the "sweet spot" for me. Haven't tried anything different in over a year. (and really don't care to.)
