I'm still smoking Menthol benson hedges ciggies..I just ordered a joye 510
I am trying to find something that might be comparable to this type flavor..NOT minty
and id prefer a vg base..any suggestions ?
maybe once I figure this all out a bit,I'll experiment with trying to make something,but first I have even to receive my kit,just looking for some suggestions

I buy menthol crystals and disolve in my juice. Real menthol is the way to go.

Remember too, that it's 50% mental. You have too put your mind to making it work. You'll get cravings, but not even close to "cold turkey" quitting. Vape while you do something you like, and the cravings go away.
