Hey BB,
Those are cheap knock offs. You can tell by how the Gibson name is printed, the under score of the G should be level with the tuning post, plus there are many other tells like the name plate saying "60s style neck" on it. They will usually say standard or custom etc, and some may have Les Paul's signature on them if it is a signature model. Plus there are many other tells. Does not come with a hard case for one, if you can see the serial number, that too would be a dead giveaway.
Real Gibsons always come with a hard case. And is always made in the U.S.A.
A Custom is pretty much the same thing as a Standard. The Standard, not as the name suggests is the flagship of the Les Paul design. The difference in a custom and a standard is the custom is dazzled up with gold or silver plating and enlays and such. Which doesn't make it a better guitar, just prettier. though some models like the traditional standard or the plus, may offer different pickups, the 57 humbuckers or the higher end burstbucker pros are used. I am leaning towards the Standard Plus with the burstbuckers, this is the one I played in the store.
You will never find a real Gibson Les Paul standard or a Fender Standard American Stratocaster for such low prices. Les Paul Standards and customs list for around $3,500 to $6,000.00 but can be purchased if you shop around for around $2,500.00 for a standard and a little more for the custom trim.
Fenders generally are not as expensive as a Les Paul, but still very costly.
Never buy a guitar from an unknown company, The real thing is not cheap. These knock offs are made in places like China, Korea and Taiwan, or South America, and use inferior woods, mass assembled, and sub grade pick ups, bridges etc.

I don't need to pay that much just to have a flashy custom look.
The Robot, Well I don't know if I would want one. It has some cool technology that auto tunes the guitar for you. But with an electronic tuner, this is easily done, and a quality Les Paul will stay in tune for a long time. If Les Paul were still alive, though I could be wrong, but I doubt he would have approved his name going on the Robot. He did not like the SG and insisted his name be removed from it. Since then the SG is only known as a Gibson.
The Robot you listed is also a knock off.
Check out a real Les Paul robot standard. It lists for $6,108.00 and is on sale for $3,665.00

For the Les Paul Robot standard , you are paying a lot of extra money for a Standard that can tune itself. No thanks, I will turn the tuning post myself.
Only buy from a reputable and authorized dealer for Gibsons or Fenders.
You can always verify if a dealer is authorized by visiting the Gibson site, or the Fender site. Also note, that Gibson Les Paul's are hand assembled and as a result are not mass produced like these knock offs.
