Is this the same one that Ikenvape sells? If not what is the difference other than the maker?

Cisco is the original creator of the mod. Cisco puts forth a level of quality that none of the others seem to do. For example, Cisco re-machines the the battery cover threads to do away with the cheap threading job they come with. All off the connections are press fit rather than glued and the soldering is always neat and clean. Cisco is good about insuring that there are no cold solders that will crack and fail. The difference is really just the level of quality. I am not saying that ikenvape is selling a bad product, just that Cisco's work is a sure thing.
