Question about cartomizers.
I bought a 510 to 901 adapter (with the slit) for my protege. I accidentally bought empty cartomizers, took it apart and added 6-8 drops of liquid, not the production I was looking for. Anyone know how much liquid a cartomizer holds? Thanks

never used carto can take about 15 drops with the top off you can easily drip down the batt end and check the poolage like any other cart.

Not funny when you get the age that droolage and dripage are of concern.I have not seen a cartomizer but I would assume if you can see the poly you would fill it like a regular cart "till it looks like a slushy" I beleive is the technical phrase.That was one of my early concerns that they would be a pain to refill ,no dripping and cost.

wish I could help,PT..but never used one either!..they do sound like a bit of pain and am so entrenched with just using the 801 and 901
and that is one cute dog, Mcquinn!

they are a bit of a PITA. you can take the mouth caps off and drip like any other cart but they may only last you a few days before they need cleaned and rinsed or tossed any way.

I did the carto refilling with the smoke51 way back, and I found it a shoot n miss pain in the butt !!
They're reporting the kr808 is decent to refill, and offer blank carto's for them too, so it must be working for them. I gave up on the two piece back in March and have settled on the mods now. -Greg
