New VK nothing but air

I just received my kr808d-1 from vapor 4 life. Looks great, wonderfully quick shipping, but nothing is working.

I have used disposables prior to this purchase, so I know what to expect. My expectation has been atleast that much vapor but better taste.

When I draw, there is nothing but cold air coming in. No vapor at all, no throat hit at all and there does not appear to be any heat from the cartomizer. It is like sucking through a straw.

I charged batts and tried new cartos, both batts and all cartos do the same.

Any suggestions?

This is a common issue I have experienced with various types of attys, not just cartos. Tiny burrs are sometimes left on the threads from machining, especially on soft metals such as brass or aluminum. I use a brass barrel brush on mine. The kind used for cleaning gun barrels.
Be careful with sand paper, it could damage these soft metal threads and cause more problems.

+1 on the sandpaper. I wouldn't recommend it either. No matter what is used, a light touch is necessary.
