Default Adjusting the flavor of eliquid.

I bought some flavoring from diyflavorshack.com and while it took a crazy long time to get it I am real impressed with it.One of my biggest complaints is that I cannot taste any flavor at all in a lot of the liquids I have tried or the flavor is way too strong and sickingly sweet.I put 4 drops of the 555 flavor into a 3 ml bottle and topped it off with 11mg coffee from Boge.Made for a really nice flavor.I cannot wait to try the Caml and tobacco flavors I bought.Might have to get some unflavored to see if it will tone down the Flu Cured and JC Original.

Cool, sounds like you are on to something here.
I have toned down the ones that are too sweet for my liking such as RY4 by cutting it with VG or PG, I loose some nicotine strength but doesn't seem to make a difference to my needs.
The worse thing I hate about the RY4 is that it leaves me with an aweful after taste that takes forever to go away. I know some like it, just not for me.

I'll have to give that a shot. I tried the Seedman TOB506 Commercial Cigarette Tobacco Enhancer (spray bottle) after hearing all the raves about it. Not good at all. It also seems to be mostly water and tastes very sweet. I reduced it, with low heat, to about half volume. Still not good for me, and the finish is disagreeable.

Nice to hear an honest opinion about the seedman stuff BB.
I have been tempted to order some and try it myself for about a year now, but never have. Of course one can only discern their own likes and dislikes.

I have a link to seedman myself and I just could not bring myself to try it.I guess it really is for spraying on leafs to burn.Dawn at Diy answered my email promptly and she is apologetic about the long delay time in shipping out orders ,there is a warning clearly posted about delays, but the demand seems to be greater than she expected.Very good products judging from what I have tried so far, includes a little mixing bottle and some pipettes ,fair pricing ,you can get eliquid and for a little extra you can get double flavor. It seems if you get enough of the flavoring in there they actually can taste quite good.

You gotta watch it though with flavorings. In my experience in the quest for flavor adding more can sometimes tip the scales to cloying and sometimes awful. The double flavor juices are best for those who plan to cut/extend their liquid, with say plain VG.

You are most definitely right about that.

So far four drops of flavoring to 3 ml of eliquid seems to bring them alive.

Hi there, I have a couple of questions, hope u guys can help.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to tone down a bitter flavor that will not change the flavor of the mix?
Jasmin or brandy flavoring has worked when the atty clung on to the bitterness of the last flavor used; the bitter flavor stayed even after I cleaned the atty several times.

Is there a way to DIY a sweet or a salty flavor w/out gumming up the atty? I would like to make a salty magarita, salty dog, & a sugar flavoring to sweeten the tobacco flavor. I am trying to acheive the flavor of my old brand of analogs (Capri).
Thanx!
