But I do find a bit of humor in this statement made in the article you refer to.

Second hand mist from an e-cigarette is not smoke at all, and does not contain any substance known to cause death, short or long term, in the quantities found.

I always thought death was permanent. Maybe we all ought to move to New Zealand. Sounds like they are on to something here.
