I think the problem with vaping is the vapor itself. The anti smoking whiners see the vapor and panic. They've been programmed to panic whenever a "smoke like" substance is exhaled.

Using a low vapor liquid in public areas is a plus for vapors. If you don't blow out a lot of vapor, no one notices or cares.

If caffeine products produced a vapor after taking a sip, it would be a disaster for coffee drinkers.

I agree, but they breath to live and they breath crap all the time!
I have worked in the theatrical industry for about thirty years - it's my job. There is no legal issue to flood the audience with PG fog what so ever. That air/PG fog in the theater is better than the bus they just got off of.
No real problem with us - they can't get rid of batteries, electric heaters, PG, or VG, or flavor - not ever! - it is all so widely used everywhere.
So they may just outlaw the firecracker PV's, but you can still get the nuke of a room size vaporizer!

They all ready do forgive the statement but they are calling it a FAT TAX soda and other non healthy items are getting a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fat_tax in some states. they aruge that due to the popularity of the item it make kids fat.
