Default AES files Amicus Brief in FDA suit
I don't know if anyone has seen this but a group banded together and filed an Adhoc Amicus Brief in the SE & Njoy vs FDA suit. According to Sun may have some real info the Judge can use.

Interesting. I haven't read the documents, but I wonder if they informed the plaintiffs attorneys before submitting. IMHO, this should only have been done with thier approval; providing you are on their side. Perhaps it states this somewhere, does anybody know.
