I could clear the gurgling by taking the atomizer off and blowing it out, but I felt I was wasting a lot of juice so I just retired that atty for a new one.
Fogie I have some small kevlar rope/wicking material. You might want to try and work a small amount of it under the bridge to see if you can revive that retired atty. Else you can always give it to me.

I am not sure how this would make it better for dripping. Can you explain?

If what Fogie said about the gurgling thing and having to get the fluid directly on the bridge, sounds like it would not be very efficient. But then again, I never pulled a Fogie.

If you have a lot of patience you can pull the gudgeons out of two atomizers and the bridge will pull out of the pot and you can put a good bridge off a burnt out atty on the one without the wick.I was able to transplant a Joye/Kissbox bridge onto a DSE 801 atty and now it works .It was a brand new DSE but I never could get any satisfaction from it.Fix it or finish it off is my motto.

certainly when i vape i use a 3ml travel bottle if you will and only need to have about 3 drops per vape session. so my atty always used what was dropped on it. made for a shorter life but when i compared my experience with a 901 is compared to a PS protage it is on par. i should also add i like my dripping 901 to not have bridges as well i drip right into the pot. if i can find a good macro cam ill snap a few pic when i can to show you.

i find the removal of the atty bridge and fibers to make it easier to direct drip and get a better vape hit. it decreases the Resistance of the atty which in turn uses more power on the atty it self V.s Power loss due to the standard resistances. my 901 without atty bridge fells like a 510 on my protege. throat hit is awesome and vape cloud nicely displayed.

in summary 901 dripping without Atty bridge or fibers for me made it easier to drip and control juice usage.
PS protage with 510 no modification to atty fells the same to me as my 901 dripping atty with out the control on juice usage.

I guess I am lazy ,I like to load up a cart and puff for hours without having to dismantle every few puffs.I like the Joye / Kissbox atty because it seems to be more consistant throughout a cart full.As far as 5 volts goes it seems to me that it makes for a harsh vape kinda like it chars the liquid.

Are you inhaling while dragging, or are you holding it in your mouth, then inhaling after your complete you hit?
If so, you should try inhaling only after finishing your draw. If I try to inhale while dragging, it does seem harsh that way, but this is not how I normally do it. I hit it just like I would an analog, and my hits are not much longer than I would take with an analog either.

For me, the main prupose of using high voltage is to reduce the amount of draw time needed for a satisfying vape.

Also, If I may note; with increased performance, so is the juice used up faster, and requires more frequent refills/topoffs. Some who run high voltage, do it only by dripping. I tend to treat my carts just as if I am dripping. I top off after every few hits. But I use the cart to ensure I do not run my atty dry as this will result in premature atty death, and a harsh hit. I top off the cart and drip a couple of drops on the atty at the same time.
You cannot expect to get the same mileage out of high voltage as you would with low.
It is like comparing a Porsche to a Volkswagon. You either want to go fast, or save gas. I'll take a Porsche over a volkswagon any day.
It just all depends on what you want and how you like to do it. Everyone is different and has different tastes. For this I am glad, for the world would be a boring place if it weren't for diversity.

I usually puff then inhale.I think it might be the liquid I am using .It is a mixture of a bunch of leftovers I am trying to get rid of.I had a lot of bottles of liquid I could not taste and I am mixing in the J.C.Original .I am too tight to just throw it out .It is not bad at 3.7 V and I only have another half a bottle to go thru.

I tried the denture tabs today ,way cool.I have been using J.C.Original for the last two weeks and it seems to plug up the atty to the point my ears pop when I puff. The denture tabs opened them up when white vinegar, soda pop and hot water would not.

Thumbs up

OK, I just got back from the store and bought some denture cleaning tabs.
I got the kind that is supposed to work in 15 minutes, and I soaked 4 penstyle and 4 510 attys that were really grungy for 30 minutes, then gave them a good fresh water rinse and Wow! They look like new again.
No gunk at all was left inside them. This by far is the best and easiest cleaning method I have ever tried.
Two thumbs up to false teethe.
