well i got screwd by one of those scam e cig sites. now im gettin emails sayin im getting charged for things i didnt order. i havnt actually been charged anything yet and it got ordered yesterday. i just need to know if there gonna keep charging me for stuff and if yes what to do about it

Sorry to hear this.
Was it one of those "We will send you a complete starter kit, a $149.00 dollar value for free!" scams? What they then do from what I have been able to surmise is they will then automatically bill and send you $100.00 or more of prefilled cartidges per month.
It would be helpful if we knew exactly which company you purchased from. Also did you place the order by phone or internet? When placing an order by phone, you can bet they record it. It has been my experience that these types of companies are very good at fast talking through the particulars of the agreement. Always keep in mind, nothing is free, and if it sounds too good to be true, then it most likely is not.
If you can visit thier website, read carefully the agreement. Is there a return policy? If so return it immediately. Contact them by phone if this is how you ordered and request to cancel or return your order.

I would get a hold of your credit card comapany and tell them not to allow that place to get any money from you.Almost all credit card comapnies have protection from internet scams just notify them soon as you are aware.Posted 03-28-2010 at 02:33 PM by mcquinn
