Make my own usb passthrough

Hello, im new to the fourms, and i was interested in making my own usb "passthrough" as they are called. in one of the sticky fourms on how to make one, is it possible to make one using this: https: //cigotine.com/shop/popup_image.php?pID=98 the thing is, the battery has gone dead, but i dont want to buy any batteries online. so i wanted to know if i could make a passthrough using a disposable one.

I certainly don't see why not. Just follow the same principles as Jim Davis pointed out in the attached PDF in that thread you are referring to.

You can do it.My first few mods and passthroughs were made from dead 801 battery connectors.They are the same thing you would buy from Madvapes.When I started using 901/808's and 510 attie and carto's I started buying connecters as I have never bought one of those batteries.

I've worked with a lot of those batteries. Hard to get apart, tiny wires, etc. Give it a try. If it doesn't work, go for the one in the ESF Library. If you go for the box type in the library, you can use the connector from your battery. The rest will cost you roughly 5 bucks.
