I erred on the high side it would appear.While those formulas will give you a good guess,protected lithium ion batteries limit the current so as not to discharge them too fast and cause a sudden relese of energy.So to find out what you are actually getting and not theoreticly getting you would have to measure current under load.One way around the current limiters is putting batteries in parallel ,that is about the only way other than a direct passthrough to get it all.I personally don't worry about it too much,as long as I get the goods I am a happy camper.
