I would like to introduce myself.
My name is Jeff, I was born in Toledo Ohio, with 18 went into the military and off to Germany. Found myself a "Frauline" and here I am.
Smoked an average of 10 cigaretts a day for the last 30 years and can't seem to get off the analog cigs.
Over three weeks ago I ordered a e-cig set (now I know I paid too much) and have cut my analog smoking down to 4-5 a day. I have not yet really tried 100% but want to as soon as my second e-cig comes in the mail.
It was not easy to become friends with the e-cig. but when it is getting charged or, in my case it acted up twice. I felt like I was without a smoke, and find myself growing close to it.
I have a lot of questions. I have read into a lot of forums, and this seems like the place for me!
I hope I am welcome, and that everyone will put up with me and help me quit.
