I buy a lot from Musicians Friend,that is where I got my acoutic bass from .Local shops are sometimes worth the extra cost for a good setup and support after the sale.I can do my own setups so I don't worry about that much.Either an authentic Gibson or maybe an Epiphone would be the thing to get.I kind think I would like to get a Gretsch archtop with Bigsby .
