Typically you would suffer from some form of nicotine over dose.

The 100mg/ml unflavored is meant only to be reduced to a safe level of vaping. One has to be careful when handling nicotine, it is a poison. If you happen to make a mix too strong, or get concentrated nicotine on your skin or somehow ingested, it wouldn't be good. Death can ocur if the concentration and exposure is high.

There is a thread here somewhere that lists the symptoms of nicotine overdose, But I will go ahead and post them here as well.

Quote:
Symptoms of Nicotine Overdose

Nicotine overdose occurs when any form of nicotine, like, tobacco, nicotine patch, gum, nasal spray, inhaler or cigarettes are taken in excess or overdone. In most instances, an overdose occurs when a person is trying to stop smoking or is on nicotine withdrawal program and goes overboard while using smoking cessation products. The indiscreet consumption of these products (to quit smoking) sometimes end up pumping in more nicotine into the body than actually smoking it! Some of the nicotine overdose side effects are listed below.
  • Extreme anxiety
  • Cold sweats
  • Dizziness
  • Headache
  • Insomnia
  • Tingling feelings
  • Confusion
  • Panic attacks
  • Depression
  • Heart palpitations
  • High pulse rates
  • Increased blood pressure
  • Fatigue and weakness
  • Reduced appetite
  • Diarrhea
  • Stomach pains
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Chest pain
  • Hearing or vision problems
  • Seizures
