Today, as reqested by the Appeals Court Panel, SE and NJOY filed their
Joint Opposition to the Fda's Emergency Motion for Stay Pending Appeal
They argued in part that there is no threat to public health and since 2007, the FDA can not point to any instances of adverse health effects from the use of e-cigs.
All in all, it was a very good Motion. The FDA has until Monday to file their Motion advancing why they should be granted a Stay.
