Strong odors that irritate the sinuses can cause nosebleeds. For ex., an aquaintance had several cats that lived in the house, the cats got into a territory war & would piss all over the house including the kids beds. The odor was horrendous. The smell was very strong on the mattresses. 2 of the kids would wake up w/ chronic nose bleeds. Once the matresses were changed the nose bleeds stopped.
A vitamin K deficiency can also cause nose bleeds as well.

I really haven't thought about it lately. It sits, at least overnight, and I vape it. I should have mentioned that I got this reaction even before I started using menthol. I think its a simple chemical reaction, and the mixture needs a few hours to stabilize.
