E-cigs take a bit of getting used to. Keep your atomizer wet, but remember, too much juice is not good. You may be flooding it. Also, make sure your batteries are charged. Try downloading the Troubleshooting Guide from the link in my sig. There's information that will be helpful.
There's a learning curve, and it will take a little time to master your technique. Take it slow & easy, and don't get discouraged.
