Default Docket Update December 21, 2009
Judge Leon again, for what ever reason, failed to release his ruling today. What is he waiting for? Who knows. Could be the weather was bad, he is on vacation, or he is holding up the ruling till the commenting period is done with the FDA on December 28th. All I can say is after 8 months since this case was filed, he has to release it sometime.
