Default Defendants Supplemental Brief
Attached you will find the Defendants (The FDA's) Supplemental Brief in opposition to the plantiffs (Smoking Everywhere and Njoy) and intervener's motion for a preliminary injunction.

I believe this Brief was introduced some time back., so of course this is old news, but felt it may help to bring people up to speed on the case.
