Summation to Come
Hello all. This thread will be designated to the case of Smoking Everywhere v. FDA. I will be posting tommorrow a summation of the case to date and then the daily updates of the Docket Sheet as the case progresses. The outcome of this case will dictate the future of e-cigs and how they are sold and regulated. We should expect Appeals along the way. It is going to be a long road so lets just sit back and see how it all unfolds.
